DELIVERY
Your G.VIE order will normally be dispatched within 48 hours from the time you place your order. We will contact you if for some reason this cannot occur. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
All orders are delivered by Australia Post.
Postage charges are based on weight, and you will be able to choose between regular, registered, express and insured mail before confirming your order. Your order can be delivered to you or directly to the recipient of your gift - complete with personalised gift card.
At any stage you can check the postage charges for the items in your shopping cart using the “Delivery Estimator” button.
RETURNS
We hope you love your G.VIE purchases. If, however, you are not completely satisfied we will happily refund your money or exchange your order. Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase, in original condition with tags still attached where necessary.
Please note that delivery and credit card fees will not be refunded, unless the item is faulty. In order to process your return of goods, please be sure to include a note explaining the reason for the return as well as your daytime contact telephone number.
